Phone orders:
* Order by phone calling our main office number, and our
representatives will assist you with your order. Orders called
in by 12:00pm will ship out same day, next day depending on
accounts location.
Fax Orders:
* Save time by sending us your order via fax. Your order will
be processed in a very timely manner, and you will also have
a copy of what you need.
* Also utilize our on-line ordering capabilities.
Back Orders:
* At PWS, our goal is to ship all orders complete 100% at all
times. If for some reason an item is out of stock at the time
of order, we will order item in and ship when received.
*PAYMENT POLICY*
Open Accounts:
* All PWS accounts are subject to standard open account
terms, along with satisfactory credit references. Your PWS
account manager will supply you with a credit application.
Contract Pricing:
* Your PWS account manager will work with you to obtain the
best possible price in the industry. We are committed in
offering the most competative pricing.
Credit Card:
* We accept Visa & MasterCard for your convenience.
*DELIVERY TERMS*
Terms & Conditions:
* The standard freight terms and conditions are stated on your
price list or quote supplied by your PWS account manager.
We offer the lowest freight in the Industry.
Shipping Policy:
* Your freight will be prepaid by PWS on all regular orders of
$250 or more. All orders are shipped via a transportation
mode selected by PWS.
Shipping Methods:
* Almost all orders are shipped by PWS vehicles or UPS. All
orders are shipped via a transportation mode selected by
PWS.
Manufacturer Drop Shipments:
* Freight charges on all drop shipments wll be prepaid by PWS
and added to customer invoice.
